Located in Valojoulx, in the heart of the Périgord Noir’s golden triangle, this charming studio is set in an 18th-century farmhouse that has preserved its authentic stone character. Nestled in the peaceful hamlet of Les Hauts de Valojoulx, the property overlooks the Vallée des Moulins and offers a tranquil setting. The open-plan studio, fully renovated in 2019, is an independent 40 m² space on the garden level. Designed for 2 guests, it combines exposed stonework with modern comforts: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a cozy sleeping area, private bathroom, and a functional kitchen. Pets are welcome upon prior request (one dog only; cats not allowed). Dogs must be kept on a leash in shared areas, are not permitted in the pool, and should not be left alone in the studio. Optional services available on request: cleaning package and bed linen and towel rental (available for an extra fee). Included amenities: private parking, water, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi.
